Redfeather Snowshoes is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA. They are one of the few brands that are completely handcrafted in the USA.
Redfeather has been making and improving snowshoes for the last 30 years. They were the first to introduce the V-Tail design in snowshoes in 1988. They also were the first to produce snowshoes specifically built for women and a snowshoe just for kids.
In fact, Redfeather Snowshoes truly does make snowshoes designed for everyone. Their snowshoes are built for a wide variety of interests and requirements. Thus, they have been tested heavily. Expect them to hold up to the abuse as you use them on your day trips or backcountry adventures.

A Company That Gives Back
Redfeather Snowshoes is owned by a non-profit company called ORC Industries. The sole purpose of ORC Industries is to provide job opportunities to people with disabilities. A minimum of 75% of their workforce is comprised of people with physical and mental disabilities.
They also offer the Redfeather Snowshoe Fitness Program, which is a fitness program for kids and adults. The program is used to get individuals moving in the winter and help combat the rates of obesity.

The SV2 Snowshoe Binding is the featured binding for the Pace, Hike, and Y2 Snowshoes. This binding combines comfort, security, and ease with a one-pull handle for quick adjustment and a quick release back strap for easy exit. The flexible polyurethane straps of the binding stay supple no matter what the temperature might be.

Ultra Snowshoe Binding
The Ultra Snowshoe Binding is an ultra-lightweight, “Z” style binding system made for Redfeather Snowshoes. The nylon straps will cross the top of the foot in three places and adjust with only two simple pulls. It also features an injection-molded ratchet system for a secure and stable fit on the back of the foot. The sides of the Ultra Binding System are raised and textured to eliminate lateral movement of the foot while providing more stability and comfort. The semi-rigid injection molded polyurethane can retain suppleness in cold weather.

Youth 2 Snowshoe Binding
The Youth 2 Snowshoe Binding is specifically designed for ease of use, easy in, and out access binding. Made from polyurethane, the binding wraps around the foot with a cinch strap at the top of the foot and another behind the foot for stability.
