The snowshoe series features slope-side sponsor EXPOs and a post-event plaza party for all participants to enjoy a variety of giveaways and a post-race meal. Arrive early on race day to demo Atlas snowshoes at the start/finish area. Or, head to the Beaver Creek Nordic Center to rent snowshoes.

The second race of the series is a United States Snowshoe Association (USSSA) regional qualifier. You may enter this race in either category just like the other two races. If you want to try to qualify for the USSSA Snowshoe National Championship Race in Bend, Ore., in March, you can at this race. To register as a member of the USSSA, visit http://www.snowshoeracing.com. When you register for the Beaver Creek Event, you can identify that you would like to try to qualify for the championships. It’s as easy as that (and being fast of course).
