Great article! I recently bought 2 pairs of Louis Garneau Neokid snowshoes for a friend's 2 grandkids, ages 6 & 7. They're molded plastic with a fixed toe cord and steel toe crampons, and colors & graphics kids like. The kids had a blast playing in the yard and on a 1.5 mile hike at the NH Audubon Society, and the rest of us had a great time, too. And that's what it's all about!
