Gear Review: Columbia Top-O-Graphic II

The Top-O-Graphic II performs as the base layer solution – for any winter sport. For snowshoeing, it’s more than desirable: Lightweight, non-abrasive, comfortable, and geared for active use.

Ultimately, the Top-O-Graphic II ignites what I believe to be part of the snowshoeing essential clothing. Throughout my time as a snowshoer, I’ve consistently searched for a base layer that cares for my comfort. This is true for recreational and competitive snowshoeing (or just snowshoe running general).

The two features that come in handy are the Top-O-Graphic’s wicking ability and an odor resistance. Lovely! I hate clothing that attracts odor – and that’s a problem after snowshoeing for hours. Some snowshoers are smelly souls. The Top-O-Graphic certainly doesn’t promote an offensive stink. Ahhh….

And, when wicking…the Top-O-Graphic is quick drying. Another great feature from the folks at Columbia – something that clothing should do well when out in wet weather.
